| 研究活動の紹介 | 魚類は成長を調節するために、栄養状態や内分泌による複雑な制御機構を備えています。しかし、その仕組みには未解明な点が多く残されています。これまでに、食欲関連ホルモンや消化管ホルモンの働きを明らかにし、栄養代謝と成長を結びつける分子機構の解明を進めてきました。これからは、栄養や内分泌を介した代謝制御の理解をさらに深めるとともに、低魚粉飼料や効率の良い餌の開発に資する研究を推進したいと考えています。こうした研究は、環境負荷の低減と生産性向上を両立する持続可能な養殖技術の確立につながり、将来の安定した水産資源供給の基盤となるものです。 |
