Research Interest

Research Field Public Utility Economics; Industrial Organization; Transportation Economics
Research Summary Among public utilities, I have been conducting empirical research on the transportation industry combining an econometric framework with statistical methods and data analysis. In particular, I have been analyzing the air and marine transportation industries, where many cases of business combinations such as mergers and alliances have been observed. I plan to conduct research on railroads, buses, and other transportation industries, as well as empirical research on a wide range of other industries.
