| Research Summary | Research on support for transition to home care for the elderly with high medical needs. ・ We are conducting quantitative research to support the transition to home care for people who have introduced home oxygen therapy. A study of end-of-life care for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who are treated at home. ・ We are exploring the process of supporting visiting nurses at the end of life. ・ We are conducting qualitative research toward the construction of a home care model at the end of life. |
