大学の夏季・春季休暇を利用して集中的に英語を学習し、異文化交流を体験できる海外語学研修プログラム。事前に指定の〈英語発展II〉を半年間受講したうえで、各研修先において、世界中から集まった仲間とともに総合英語プログラムを受講します。また各自の興味関心にもとづいたミニリサーチを通して、異文化への理解を深めます。プログラム修了後は本学の英語科目の単位として認定可。

Short-term Overseas English Study Program (Summer/Spring)

This program provides participating students with opportunities to deepen their understanding of other cultures through intensive English language study in England or Australia during summer or spring break. Students first take an advanced English class at our university in the semester prior to their departure to introduce them to matters of intercultural communication that they will likely experience. While abroad, students attend a three-to-five-week general English program with students from other countries. They also conduct a small research project about their personal experiences of intercultural communication. Upon program completion, students can apply for credits that go towards their graduation.
