研究活動の紹介 | 1.早生多収コムギ品種育成のための基礎研究 コムギが葉を作る栄養成長期から穂を作る生殖成長期へ移行する際、どのような遺伝子がどのように働いているのか、また、穂の形がどのような遺伝子の働きによって決定されるのか、さらに、雄しべ雌しべなどの花の器官がどのような遺伝子の働きによって作られるのか、を研究しています。そして、これらの知見を利用して、福井県の栽培に適した早生多収コムギ品種の開発を行なっています。 2.雑草防除用リビングマルチコムギ開発のための基礎研究 大豆、夏野菜、果樹園などの雑草防除用のリビングマルチコムギの開発を行っています。 3.パスタ用デュラムコムギ品種育成のための基礎研究 国内初のパスタ用のコムギ品種育成に向け、研究を開始しました。 |
