Fostering practical skills required to meet the needs of a modern society from two core viewpoints: nursing and social welfare
Faculty of Nursing & Social Welfare Sciences
Our university offers a most unique learning opportunity where a nursing department and a social welfare department coexist in one faculty. Both departments feature practical science to support people''s lives. Students can acquire the practical skills required to meet the demands of an aging society and to act as partner for those needing assistive care. These skills are achieved through the study of inter-departmental subjects between nursing and social welfare sciences, and gaining an in-depth knowledge of the interrelations between the two areas. The faculty develops outstanding human resources that represent the leadership of the future, by providing students with well-systemized and community-based clinical programs designed with latest educational materials.
