Research Summary | We use X-ray crystallography and many other techniques (1) to understand the relationships between the structural plasticity of enzymes and its catalytic function and (2) to exploit this knowledge for the design and discovery of new enzymes for industrial applications: enzyme analysis, production of valuable fine chemicals, etc. |
