In the first semester, four students were accepted into our 2026 summer program. To prepare, they took Professor Denman's Advanced English II B course and developed practical English skills for communicating as international students.

During the summer vacation, all four participants studied at Chichester College in England for two or three weeks. They took General English courses with students from countries including South Korea, France, Spain, Germany, and Belgium. They also stayed in a dormitory for international students on the college campus and experienced university life abroad.

After returning to Japan in late September, the students gave online presentations and submitted written reports about their experiences. They introduced their destination, their classes, and their accommodation. They also talked and wrote about their goals for the program, the challenges they faced, what they learned, what they can do now, and why these experiences are important.
