Graduate School of Economics and Business Administration

Development of individuals with practical skills to become competent contributors to our modern, internationalized and diversified society. An excellent environment not only for full-time students but also working people

This graduate school was originally established to function as a "business school" especially for those working for prefectural and local governments and companies. At present, this school accepts students who wish to continue studying and researching their specialized areas after graduation from their department, as well as those who already had work experience. Our aim is to cultivate individuals with specialized knowledge and skills to become competent contributors to our modern, internationalized and diversified society.

There are four special features attached to this school: a curriculum with a medley of practical subjects to meet the demands of the local community, meticulous instruction in small-class seminars, workshop style classes that focus on practicality, and case studies provided by guest speakers, such as company owners. In order to make it convenient for those who work, we offer a number of classes at night and on Saturdays. With regard to the doctoral course, there is an extension period system in for those who find it difficult to complete the program in two years, allowing them to extend up to four years under the same amount of tuition as that for two years.
